LEXINGTON, Ky.- The Lexington Hustlers (13-16) host the Lima Locos (19-13) and the Southern Ohio Copperheads (16-10) in home doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday (respectively) at Henry Clay High School this weekend. First pitch on Saturday will be at 3pm at Henry Clay High School.
Heading into the last week of the season, the Hustlers are one of four teams that are within two games of each other for the sixth and final spot in the GLSCL playoffs.
All Hustlers merchandise will be 50% off over the weekend, with team-issued fitted hats only $10 and all t-shirts will be just $5.
The Hustlers will finish the last week of the season on the road, with their final seven games at Xenia, Hamilton (2), Stark County (2), and Grand Lake (2- will be played at Foundation Field in Hamilton on 7/29).

Thursday’s game against the Hamilton Joes has been called due to inclement weather. The game will be made up when the Hustlers travel to Hamilton on Wednesday, July 25, and will be a doubleheader.
Monday’s (7/16) doubleheader against the Licking County Settlers has been moved to a 4pm start at Henry Clay High School.
The Hustlers’ 7/15 doubleheader against the Licking County Settlers has been postponed to Monday, 7/16. First pitch has been tentatively scheduled for 2pm on Monday, and is subject to change based on weather in Lexington.
2012 All-Star Release
Four Hustlers have been named to the 2012 Great Lakes League All-Star team, the league announced Friday.
Taylor Rozier (Wofford) is hitting a team-best .345 and is among league leaders with 17 RBI. Rozier, who has spent time at first base, DH and in the outfield for Lexington, was named to the team as an outfielder.
David Simmons (Western Kentucky), another outfielder, is hitting .338 with five doubles, a triple, a pair of home runs and 10 stolen bases.
Chase Greenwell (Morehead State) is batting .260 with seven doubles and a pair of steals. The slick-fielding shortstop is fielding at a .948 clip.
Austin Clay (Western Kentucky) also earned the nod. The southpaw is 3-0 with a 2.82 ERA thus far for Lexington.
The game will be played at All Pro Freight Stadium in Avon, Ohio. The facility is home to the Frontier League’s Lake Erie Crushers.

The Lexington Hustlers will be hosting their own “Fanfest” at Champions Sports on Tuesday, July 10. The event will feature player appearances, autographs, pictures, merchandise and more. Free memorabilia, apparel, tickets, and tokens for Champions’ batting cages will be given away, and discounted apparel items will be available as well.
The Hustlers (8-8) look to stay in the 2012 Great Lakes League playoff hunt, hosting the Hamilton Joes (6-10) on Friday night. First pitch at Henry Clay High School is set for 7pm.
The Hustlers have been led on offense by Wofford’s Taylor Rozier, who is batting .358 with a league-leading 16 RBI so far this summer. Kentucky’s Stephen Hoagland (.350) and Western Kentucky’s David Simmons (.333, 7 stolen bases) are also off to great starts.
Western Kentucky’s Austin Clay (2-0, 2.94 ERA) will take the mound against the Joes. Lexington travels to Licking County for a Saturday doubleheader against the Settlers before returning home to host the Dayton Docs on Sunday. Here are the probable starters for the next six games:
